How do I join the club?

Go to “Sign Up” to register.

How do I unsubscribe from the Club?

You may unsubscribe from the Avon Beauty Advantage Club at any time using one of the following 3 methods of notification:

  1. Go to Profile where you will have the option to unsubscribe.
  2. Send a letter to:

  3. Call us at 514-694-0810

I’m not a Representative yet; how do I get in on the Avon Beauty Advantage perks?

Go to Join Avon to register as an Avon Independant Representative.

What should I do if I do not wish to receive an Avon Beauty Advantage offer?

You are entitled to opt out from receiving Avon Beauty Advantage offers by calling Avon Customer Care at 514-694-0810 or sending an email to avonbeautyadvantage@avoncanada.com before the offer opt-out deadline shown on the OFFER page.

If you do not opt out of an Avon Beauty Advantage offer before the opt-out deadline, the product(s) will be automatically shipped and invoiced or your credit card will be charged, as applicable, in the campaigns specified in your notification email and the What’s New. The notification email will be sent approximately 1- 2 weeks prior to the Avon Beauty Advantage product(s) being added to your order.

What if I miss the cut-off date and do not want the Avon Beauty Advantage offer that I receive?

If you are not completely satisfied with an Avon Beauty Advantage offer, you may return it for a refund in accordance with the Avon return policy.

How often will products be sent to me?

As a member of the Avon Beauty Advantage Club, you’ll receive one or more Avon Beauty Advantage products approximately 6–8 times per year. Products will be invoiced or your credit card will be charged, as applicable, for the price of the offer (plus taxes).

What is my QV on Avon Beauty Advantage products? And is it taxable?

Qualifying Volume (QV) and taxes will be calculated based on the offer price before your discount, excluding free products and gifts.
